I had some concerns about Château Saint Marc based on online reviews, but my stay exceeded all expectations. The room, especially the presidential suite, was beautifully upgraded with top-notch amenities and tasteful decor. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and attractions like Mont Royal. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Katie, made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this unique and comfortable accommodation.

We loved how spacious our room was and how it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we never had to worry about cleanliness because everything was spotless. We also appreciated the location, which was close to everything but away from the busy streets. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, including the secure underground parking and the delicious breakfast options.
Couldn’t fault anything during our stay. Everything was perfect.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The bed was so comfortable, the furnishings beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the management welcoming, curtious and accomodating. The location was a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Saint Cathrine on a lovely tree lined street. This will be my place to stay in Montreal.

The hotel is located in a prime spot that is near bustling streets with an array of restaurants, shops and attractions. it has easy access to the metro, making it convenient for tourists. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom is equipped with excellent amenities. the staff is friendly, and the complimentary breakfast has various options that cater to guests' needs.
Some aspects of the hotel seem lacking, like the broken toilet paper holder and complicated parking situation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, giving us a luxurious feel. We were impressed by the amenities such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the patio where we could relax and take in the surroundings.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The only thing I could say was that the breakfast was not what I was expecting. One would normally see fresh fruit in a plate, but what we got were steamed or cooked vegetables that were served cold in the plate - this turned me off quite a bit - I also ordered a boiled egg but the egg was not barely warm. Service mind you was absolutely exceptional! I will recommend this place to my friends!

The hotel staff was so excellent, always so aware to respond to all our needs. Their luxury and very comfortable rooms; I recommend for a romantic night in town.
If I really have to put something here, I will say although I felt this private hotel is pretty small; you still have all the comfort you need.
